Fwith our new user v2 api you have the possibility to tell a zitadel if ypu would like zitadel to send the code or if you like to get the code back in the response so you can send it yourself
FSet the phone number of a user. If the state is set to not verified, a verification code will be generated, which can be either returned or sent to the user by sms.
