FHi @Brandon Kalinowski At the moment it is not possible to restrict the users to not edit those information. at leaast not from an api perspective. you can disable users from accessing the management console and build your own profile page.
Fwe are currently working on user schemas, which should allow you to set which information can be edited by which user
