with the userfilters "mail" and "sAMAccountName" you try to filter so that both values are equal to "LDAPTest", as I don't see the attribute "mail" in your user that could be the problem

Can you try one with only the sAMAccountName? There is an issue already which points to a problem with multiple user filters https://github.com/zitadel/zitadel/issues/7003

Hm what version of zitadel are you using?

We made some changes in version 2.56.x on encoding related things
