Well i chatted with the others and we do not see why the timeout happens.

We can not really explain ATM what you are seeing there with the timeout especially.

Do you see a pattern how long it usually takes until this error is raised?

Ok that might be down to that a query was to slow.

What happens if you increase https://github.com/zitadel/zitadel/blob/main/cmd/defaults.yaml#L214 to 1000ms?
