Github provider not setting email

hei @thepaperpilot Yes, the problem with github is, that the email is only sent if the user has set it to public on its profile

These are the scopelist, I think we should be getting the email, or atleast have access to it. If not sent in response we can make a api call to get it?

@FFO we should implement this into the github identity provider right? instead of user having to try to do this on their end. (via actions or otherwise?)
