Hm right now i think we cannot set this dynamically.

@stebenz are we already aware of the time topic here?

Sort of, but currently we have nothing to configure it dynamically, I can create an issue to configure the timeformat in the SAML messages, I think that would be the best option right now.

Hm, do you think we need a config for it? Would changing to the precision from the spec not be sufficient (i havent checked the details TBH)?

Should be as well, will have to read the spec again, but anyway I think we should put it into an issue and work it out
