FWell if you run you AKS cluster you can user our helm-chart to deploy zitadel.
You need to have a cockroach or postgresql db as storage and you need to configure the loadbalancer / proxy to forward the traffic to your end.

FYes zitadel needs to know on what url on the loadbalancer it is reachable
