You are looking for the right urls and params, or did I get that wrong

Looking at your spreadsheet the following mappings come to mind

SSO URL: {your_domain}/saml/v2/SSO
Audience URI: will be read from the Metadata
Default Relay State: what ever the SP sends along (typically a callback url or id)
Entity ID: {your_domain}/saml/v2/metadata
Name ID Format: will be read from the Metadata
Remote Login URL: {your_domain}/ui/login
Reset Passwort URL: {your_domain}/ui/console/users/me?id=security
Remote Logout URL: {your_domain}/oidc/v1/end_session
