what i can tell you so far is that there are two users with your login name sent to me on two instances and both are active. I will inform you as soon as i have more news
hi @Herxagon what I can offer you is that I change the state of your org in the projection. With this change you will be able to log in again. But the from the command side perspective the org is still inactive so you have to reactivate the org by an api call manually.
I habe changed the value in the projection, which allows you to log in again but there is no event in the eventstore telling zitadel that your org is reactivated. You can find a description of the words i used here: https://zitadel.com/docs/concepts/architecture/software
You are seeing the projection for your organisation. The projection is an aggregation of the actions happened in the past on your organisation. I manually changed the projection but didn’t create an event for that. Thats why the projection has a different state than whats stored in the eventstore. If i would regenerate the projection of the org it would be inactive because the reactivation event is missing. I changed the projection without letting zitadel know that I’ve done that
