FIf you want to have 2 branding for 2 apps do the following:
1) create two organizations
2) in each define the branding (https://docs.zitadel.com/docs/guides/manage/customize/branding#how-it-works)
3) create a project in each with the branding set to "Use project setting"
No when a users logs in to your apps they see a different branding for each app, while still being the same user (that exist in any org)
